The price does not include:
- Tourist tax: € 1 per day for each person for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
- Cleaning fee
- Children up to 10 years old are exempt. Period of application of the tax 01 May – 30 September.
- Linen (sheets, towels, tablecloth …).

Bail:
- The tenant undertakes to take the utmost care of the apartment and household equipment (dishes, fridge, mattresses, etc …).
- Any breakages or damage to objects must be reimbursed at market prices.
- As a guarantee of timely compliance with the above and the commitment to leave the apartment tidy within the specified time, the customer will pay a deposit of € 200.00 to Soluzione Immobiliare upon collection of the key. This non-interest-bearing deposit will be returned at the end of the lease, after checking the condition of the apartment.
