Terms and conditions
- The delivery of the keys to the real estate unit, after payment of the full amount due, will be possible from 16:00 to 19:00 on the day of arrival at the headquarters of Soluzione Immobiliare; with the handover of the keys, the tenant takes over the real estate unit for all purposes, becoming the custodian of the same from that moment on. In the event that the tenant does not collect the keys with the simultaneous price balance within the day following that of the start of the rental period, this contract will be considered terminated, retaining the amount already paid. The return of the keys of the same real estate unit must be made between 9.00 am and 10.00 am on the last day of the rental. The tenant undertakes to return the property in the same state in which he received it, clean and free of garbage, under penalty of compensation for any damage.
- The balance of the stay, to be paid upon arrival before the delivery of the keys to the property, can be made in cash (within the limits of the law), by debit or credit card, or by bank transfer (which must be credited to the account of the Agency seven days before the day of arrival).
- To guarantee the conservation of the accommodation, a sum of € 200.00 must be paid upon arrival as a non-interest-bearing security deposit. This sum will be returned to the tenant by bank transfer, after checking the condition of the property and after checking the furniture and accessories.
- The tenant acknowledges that the maximum number of people provided by the specified beds can stay in the rented apartment and must behave in an appropriate and respectful manner towards others. Exceeding this limit for the use of the property and / or the condominium services attached to it, as well as disturbing the peace, will result in the immediate termination of this contract pursuant to 1456 of the Italian Civil Code. and / or for violation of art. 7 bis and 47 Ordinance Municipality of Jesolo n.134 / 2003 and any amendments and additions thereto. The property is leased exclusively for tourist use and subletting for any reason is prohibited.
- No sum will be returned to the tenant in the event of early departure with respect to the expiry date of the lease and in the case of contractual termination as provided for in point 4. Any extensions must be agreed in writing.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit already paid will be retained.
- The tenant undertakes to observe and enforce the condominium regulations also to its possible occupants of the real estate unit covered by this contract. The tenant must allow the Lessor, or whoever for it, access to the real estate unit. It is forbidden to bring animals into the property without the landlord's authorization.
- For any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the court of Venice will be competent.
- The Tenant is made aware that his personal data will be treated in accordance with Legislative Decree. 196/2003, and subsequent amendments and additions.
